The issue now is that Trump never incited an insurrection. Furthermore, Shenna Bellows, who isn’t a lawyer and was appointed Secretary of State by the state legislature, not the people, has disenfranchised every single Trump voter in Maine based on her feelings.

While we have seen multiple studies and research over the years which all found that liberals, especially female liberals, suffer from higher levels of mental illness than conservatives, rarely has the parenting styles of liberals and conservatives been studied in relation with the mental health of their children.
A new study by Institute for Family Studies and Gallup, has found that conservative parents are more likely to raise mentally healthy teens compared to liberal parents. It all comes down to rules and discipline, and parenting styles.

Smith has revealed that he extracted data from Trump‘s smartphone, showing he has no regard for the established precedent of Presidential Immunity in such aspects. This has crossed the Rubicon. Smith has obliterated executive privilege, establishing a precedent that will have an unimaginable chilling effect on future administrations.

Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows unilaterally ruled that former President Donald Trump is unqualified to appear on the 2024 primary ballot despite lacking a law degree and substituting YouTube videos for due process.
Bellows, who previously worked as Executive Director of the Maine Chapter of the ACLU but is not an attorney and did not attend law school, made the legal conclusion in her ruling that “the declaration on [Trump’s] candidate consent form is false because he is not qualified to hold the office of the President under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment.”
