The footage captures young children being escorted through Houston airport early in the morning by a masked woman, who reportedly claimed she was “on vacation.”In his investigation, Rubin followed vans loaded with children from what he identified as a facility connected to MVM Inc., a Virginia-based government contractor that has received over $248 million since 2014 to transport immigrant children. Rubin recorded scenes of children being loaded into vehicles, their belongings left behind, and their transport through TSA security without presenting identification.
