New Hampshire lawmakers did not run afoul of the Constitution in making it a crime to ridicule people with false statements, the First Circuit held Tuesday, but a concurring judge said it’s time for the Supreme Court to overrule its precedent in this area.

This highly disturbing development has been revealed by the Washington Free Beacon, which reports that, “Race-conscious credit agreements are incentivizing illegal hiring practices across corporate America.”

Instead of a national “bloodbath”, the Republican Party greatly exceeded expectations in just one state. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis beat Charlie Crist by a whopping 19 points, and several other Republican candidates won by double digit margins as well. Florida is now being called a “red state”, but just four years ago it was considered to be a purple state. In fact, in 2018 DeSantis defeated Andrew Gillum by just 0.4 percentage points. So what has changed? And why was there a “red wave” in Florida but not in other states?

Now we find out whether politics is indeed the peaceful version of physical war or that barrier is, at least in the United States, gone.
If you think about it for 30 seconds or so (assuming you haven’t ruined your ability to do that with Instragram and similar) you will recognize that politicians and indeed the formal political process has long declared, all the way back to the founding of America and likely far longer, that this is in fact true.
Carl von Clausewitz once said “War is politics by other means” but in fact he had it backwards — its the other way around.

People who received the Pfizer jab or booster had a 40 to 70 percent higher chance over the next six weeks of encephalitis or encephalomyelitis. The Moderna jab carried an even higher risk after the second primary dose or a booster.
