The basic democrat strategy for the midterm elections, which is showing a far right momentum in the last few weeks, is anything conservative-related is a “threat to democracy.” Even though we are a Republic, the consistent echoing of that “threat to democracy” theme, has been liberals’/democrats’/media’s closing argument.
Voting for the GOP is a “Threat to democracy,” says Joe Biden, the man that currently occupies the White House. In fact, one of Biden’s last bully-pulpit speeches was billed as “Threats to democracy,” where Biden targets Republicans, or Mega Ultra MAGA supporters, as threats to democracy.

Last week, the Federal Reserve delivered a 75-basis point rate hike, but Fed Chair Jerome Powell failed to deliver the more doveish rhetoric that many expected. The messaging did not indicate much softening in the stance on the future trajectory of rate hikes, despite an apparent “soft pivot” the week before.
In his podcast, Peter broke down Powell’s messaging and pointed out a number of very scary admissions that came out of the Fed meeting.

The White House on Monday cautioned that the winners of the midterm elections would not be immediately apparent, estimating that it would take several days to count all the ballots.
“We may not know all the winners of elections for a few days. It takes time to count all legitimate ballots in a legal and orderly manner,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said.
She spoke about Tuesday’s elections during the daily White House press briefing, warning that “modern” elections required more time to count votes.

Robert Kiyosaki, the author of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” said that people should be stockpiling food right now. As the diesel supply in the United States and elsewhere plummets, so will deliveries of food and necessities.
A low supply of diesel fuel means a higher fuel price which means higher delivery costs. This could add to the looming hyperinflation threat we face and make eating unaffordable for many consumers.
Inventories of diesel have sunk far below emergency levels, and EIA data showed that the United States had only 25 days’ supply of diesel left in reserves as of three weeks ago — a low not seen since 2008. Obviously, refineries are continuing to add to that supply, but are they adding fuel quickly enough to remove the threat of hyperinflation?
Twitter kicked things off with Elon Musk firing thousands. Meta (Facebook), rates to have much steeper layoffs, and it won’t stop there.
