David Johnson publishes a daily Russian List, a collection of commentary by presstitutes and alleged “Russian experts.” I peruse these scribblings, and I seldom encounter anything the least bit intelligent. In the US and its European puppets, “Russian analysis” consists of Russophobic rants. Russia this, Russia that, and so on. These ignorant rants have created a frame of mind among Western decision makers that is unreal and is deceiving Washington policy makers into fatal mistakes.

In August, demand for bullion had slacked a bit from the frenetic pace set over the past two years. But buyers came back with a vengeance during September, and inventories of the most popular products are showing the strain.
Premiums are back on the rise and delivery delays have returned for many items, with silver inventories being hardest hit. Money Metals’ weaker competitors are especially struggling.

Central banks globally added to their net gold holdings for the fifth consecutive month in August, according to the latest data released by the World Gold Council.
On net, central banks added 20 more tons of gold to their reserves. Three banks drove buying in August and there were no notable sellers.
So far this year, central banks have added over 300 tons of gold to their goldings.
