A great deal of controversy erupted in response to former European Commissioner for Internal Market Thierry Breton’s remarks last month regarding the European Union’s alleged power to overturn election results in its member states. Breton made the statement on the French television channel RMC Story. Speaking about the upcoming national elections in Germany and the expectation that the right-wing populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party will perform well, Breton commented that “we did it in Romania and we will obviously do it in Germany if necessary.”

On Thursday the full Senate voted to confirm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). This gave Kennedy full authority over one of America’s largest government bureaucracies, including its 90,000 employees and an annual budget of nearly $2 trillion, twice that of the Department of Defense.
Ironies abounded in that narrow 52-48 vote, which was almost exactly along party lines, with every Democrat in opposition and all but one Republican in support.
Not only had Kennedy spent almost his entire life as a liberal Democrat, but he was the scion of that party’s most famous political dynasty, nephew of the martyred President John F. Kennedy and son of his brother Robert, who would have also probably reached the White House in 1968 if he had not been cut down by an assassin’s bullet.

Zero Hedge recently published a piece showing that internet searches coming out of Washington DC for “BleachBit,” “Wipe hard drive,” “offshore bank,” erupted in the weeks since President Trump took office, and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) got to work.
Internet search trends in the Washington, DC, metro area have been nothing short of stunning in recent weeks, reflecting what appears to be growing panic within the federal bureaucracy as President Trump and Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) root out corruption in non-governmental organizations (NGO) and federal agencies.
Earlier this week, internet search trends for “Criminal Defense Lawyer” and “RICO Laws” went viral on X, fueling speculation that Washington’s political elites were in panic mode. The searches coincided with DOGE’s efforts to neuter USAID’s funding of NGOs that propped up a shadow government, as well as begin cutting tens of thousands of workers from various federal agencies.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin found $20 BILLION in public funds that his predecessors from the Biden era of perpetual spending purposely wasted. Project Veritas first discovered the deliberate wasteful spending of the EPA through investigative journalism. A former EPA staffer called the agency’s spending under Biden akin to throwing gold bars off the Titanic. Zeldin is demanding that recipients return the “gold bars.”
“The “gold bars” were tax dollars, and “tossing them off the Titanic” meant the Biden administration knew they were wasting it,” Zeldin shared on X after posting the “extremely disturbing” Project Veritas video. “[T]his scheme was the first of its kind in EPA history, and it was purposefully designed to obligate all the money in a rush job with reduced oversight.”

US Border Patrol Chief Mike Banks arrested several TdAs in several locations in Montana this week. They were found in remote corners of the US, thanks to the miserable Democrats who opened the borders to them.
On Wednesday, ICE agents reportedly arrested six alleged members of Tren De Aragua (TdA)—a Venezuelan criminal organization right here in Gallatin County.
