Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is not ruling out military strikes on fentanyl labs in Mexico, he said in a recent interview with Fox News’s Laura Ingraham.
“Anything is on the table. The commander-in-chief, ultimately, with my consultation and with the chairman and others, will make those determinations. But nothing’s off the table. Our sovereignty will be defended,” Hegseth said.

Even though the Trump administration has vowed to spend $1 billion combating bird flu, the price of eggs is still expected to rise 40% by the end of the year. Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins said the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) will invest another $1 billion on top of the roughly $2 billion it has already spent battling bird flu since the outbreak began in 2022.
The Trump administration offered the first new details Wednesday about its plan to battle bird flu and ease the cost of eggs. The increase in spending will include a boost to “biosecurity” on farms, but critics are unsure how much more can be done in addition to the progress already made.

Javier Milei made a special appearance at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) earlier this month. The Argentinian president gifted Elon Musk a custom chainsaw, which he promised to use to drastically reduce public spending in his new role as the de facto leader of the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
Musk and Milei have become close bedfellows of late, the former clearly impressed by the latter’s wholesale slashing of government programs and entire ministries and his anarcho-capitalist politics. If Musk is indeed using Milei’s Argentina as inspiration for his own mission with DOGE, that bodes extremely poorly for the United States. Milei’s rule has led to mass impoverishment of the Argentinian people, the enrichment of the country’s elite, and the vast expansion of a burgeoning police state. Many Argentinians are watching on concerned, seeing parallels between Milei’s tactics and the Trump-Musk administration’s plans.

Says law prevents sharing information with any other agency
IRS officials have decided to conceal the home addresses of some 700,000 people suspected of being in the United States illegally, according to a report from the Washington Post.
The decision came on a request from immigration enforcement officials for those locations, and it was the IRS “rebuffing” attempts by the administration of President Donald Trump to gain access to that information for his crackdown on illegals.
The report noted that the Internal Revenue Service had promised “undocumented immigrants” over the years that it would protect their information and it would be safe for them to file income tax documents “without fear of being deported.”

Why is it that American liberal Democrats and Europeans are so disturbed that Trump is moving the United States toward normal relations with Russia instead of maintaining a hostile approach to Russia based on proxy wars, sanctions, and endless propaganda? We know why the think tanks and university faculties supported by the military/security complex are upset–their incomes are at stake. But why the Democrats and Europeans?
