(MPN) After Hamas launched a surprise attack on Israel, IDF forces responded with airstrikes, leveling Gazan buildings. The violence so far has claimed the lives of more than 2,500 people. Western media, however, show far more interest and have much greater sympathy with Israeli dead than Palestinian ones and have played their usual role as unofficial spokespersons for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).

Carolyn Andriano, a victim of sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, whose testimony helped convict his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, died earlier this year from an “accidental overdose”, according to a police investigation in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The 36-year-old mother-of-five had planned to start a new life in North Carolina with her husband and children, but was found unresponsive in a hotel room in West Palm Beach on May 23. The police investigation into her death has concluded, but Andriano’s mother, Dorothy Groenert, has called for further investigation.

We live in an age of agendas.
In the pursuit of them, behaviors that are otherwise deemed unacceptable supposedly become acceptable or even necessary. Justified by them, what is otherwise deemed immoral supposedly becomes moral.
The champions of agendas make pariahs and even criminals of people who refuse to accept that the statement of a particular well-intended end can justify an otherwise harmful act just because it is claimed to be a means to that end.

Update (2100ET): The Pentagon has ordered a second carrier strike group to the eastern Mediterranean Sea, according to two US officials, as Israel prepares to expand its Gaza operations.
The first carrier strike group, led by the USS Gerald R. Ford, arrived off the coast of Israel earlier this week.
