Last month we reported that thanks to the legal efforts of Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and attorney Sujata Gibson, New York State repealed their vaccine mandate for health care workers. That repeal officially occurred on October 4, 2023.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was the Chairman of CHD when this case was launched.
However the NY Attorney General asked for the victory that made the vaccine mandate null and void deeming it arbitrary and capricious be mooted. Had this been granted by the NY Appellate Court in the 4th Department it would have allowed the mandate to possibly come back in the future.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) knew that the Process 2 subjects had very high levels of adverse events, but there is no evidence that the agency acted on those alarming findings.
This Process 2 ‘trial within a trial’ was not discovered in the tens of thousands of the Pfizer documents released by the FDA until recently. The DailyClout teams were reviewing the expert testimony of Josh Guetzkow Ph.D. of Hebrew University, Tel Aviv, used in a lawsuit in the United Kingdom, and started looking for evidence of the 250 subjects who may have taken part in an experiment on behalf of the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

But, honestly, it won’t matter. Voters in these cities are lumped into two groups: the wealthy, largely unaffected, and brainwashed people suffering from Stockholm Syndrome. Both are afflicted with the same disease, one in which they all believe Democrats genuinely give a damn about them. Suckers.
