Researchers at Duke University are experimenting with replacing lithium in batteries with argyrodite, a mineral that contains silver along with other elements.
This could further increase the demand for silver and tax an already strained silver supply.
According to an article in the latest edition of Silver News published by the Silver Institute, replacing lithium with argyrodite could produce safer, longer-lasting batteries.

College interns designed the electrical system of the Titan submarine that imploded last month, killing all five passengers, according to a report.
OceanGate hired Washington State University Everett students to work on critical systems of the submersible, the New Yorker reported.
“The whole electrical system — that was our design, we implemented it, and it works,” former intern Mark Walsh told the school paper. “We are on the precipice of making history and all of our systems are going down to the Titanic. It is an awesome feeling!” he added.

Russia claims that it has neither the intention nor the capability to “contain” NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) the United States-led military bloc, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has said. However, Russia also demands that its security concerns regarding NATO be met.
Medvedev further argued in a keynote article on Sunday against the notion that Russia miscalculated in its attempt to prevent NATO’s expansion into Ukraine, and caused Finland and Sweden to apply for membership, according to a report by RT.

During the same period, the PAAIA PAC funded various Democrat groups, including Friends of Hillary (Clinton) and Friends of (Anthony) Weiner.

The situation in France has escalated alarmingly fast. Police are reporting that “violent minorities” are wreaking havoc across the county — setting things on fire, looting, and wreaking widespread destruction.
The chaos erupted after a police officer shoot a North African teenager who allegedly failed to cooperate, threatened the police, and sped off in his car. The current scene playing out in France looks a lot like the US “color revolution” that was unleashed after George Floyd’s death. It’s almost as if there’s a predetermined script that’s everyone’s following. France is much smaller than the U.S., so their “George Floyd Revolution” is hitting a lot harder. The situation has escalated to the point where police unions are now sounding “civil war” alarms, claiming they’re dealing with an “us versus them” conflict.

Stanford researchers developed an AI-based “climate dictionary” to analyze the narratives of climate change within influential high school textbooks used in California and Texas.
After conducting a recent AI-based study that found influential high school textbooks in California and Texas to be similar in their instructing of climate change, a Stanford University professor is concerned that such politically different states agree on teaching the subject as a “two-sided issue.”
