Pilot Incapacitation: Edelweiss Flight WK-5 Pilot Suffered a Medical Condition and Was Incapacitated

An Edelweiss Airbus A340-300, registration HB-JMF performing flight WK-5 from Tampa,FL (USA) to Zurich (Switzerland), was on approach to Zurich when the crew declared emergency reporting pilot incapacitation. The aircraft landed safely on Zurich’s runway 14 and taxied to the apron.
The airline reported one of the three pilots on board suffered a medical condition about 90 minutes prior to landing. The other two pilots performed the landing in Zurich.

Testing carried out by ABC News has revealed that the school lunches served to children in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland contain shocking amounts of toxic heavy metals such as lead, along with dozens of pesticides.
The testing was carried out by the accredited independent lab The Health Research Institute, whose chief scientist and CEO, John Fagan, called the findings “pretty shocking.” Some of the foods tested by the lab included potatoes, fruit, pizza and breadsticks.

Hoover Institution senior fellow Victor Davis Hanson warned Friday on his podcast that the Democratic Party might seek to jail former President Donald Trump in his case against special prosecutor Jack Smith.
In 2023, four criminal indictments were filed against Trump, alleging election interference and mishandling of classified documents. On “The Victor Davis Hanson Show,” Hanson described Smith, who recently succeeded in having Judge Tanya Chutkan unseal his latest court filing against Trump, as “out of control.”
