A YouTuber called “Twisted Luck Truth” captured video footage of a Kohl’s display featuring LGBT clothing from a company called “Sonoma Community” aimed at kids. One of the items shown is a “Pride Bodysuit Set” for children just 12 months old.
There is also a Mickey Mouse shirt for children with pride “rainbow” colors and the words “BELONG, BELIEVE, BE PROUD.”

Christof Kuhlbandner and Matthias Reitzner compared the reported number of all-cause deaths (i.e., the number of deaths that occurred independently of all underlying causes) to the number of statistically expected all-cause deaths. Spring selling season was a dud. But what comes next may be worse, that’s what mortgage applications and investors tell us.
The 7% mortgages are back. The average interest rate on 30-year fixed-rate mortgages with conforming balances jumped to 6.91%, the highest since November, according to the weekly measure by the Mortgage Bankers Association today.
The daily measure by Mortgage News Daily already went over 7% a few days last week and earlier this week.
