Sailors and Marines part of the Navy’s Bataan Amphibious Ready Group and the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit arrived in the Middle East on August 6, 2023 as part of a pre-announced deployment to aid in alleged deterrence efforts in the Strait of Hormuz and other areas close to Iran, declared Pentagon Press Secretary Air Force Brigadier General Pat Ryder.
“As we have been for a very long time, we’re coordinating with our partners in the region when it comes to U.S. military presence because, again, it’s not just the U.S. military that’s out there patrolling commercial shipping lanes. We’re working as part of a broader coalition … on that effort,” Ryder said to reporters.

Kennedy’s unexpectedly strong campaign had recently stumbled when the novice candidate made some incautious remarks at a private dinner regarding the ethnic skew of Covid vulnerability, and a video clip of his explosive words touched off a media feeding-frenzy. The Times and the rest of the mainstream media are intensely hostile to Kennedy’s effort and the editors may have hoped that this piling-on attack might permanently cripple his fledgling campaign.

Less qualified blacks according to the objective admission scores can be admitted at the exclusion of more qualified whites, and less qualified blacks can be hired and promoted at the expense of more qualified whites. I have stressed for many years that the failure of the courts to defend the 14th Amendment and the statutory language of the 1964 Civil Rights Act was resulting in the institutionalization of a status-based legal system totally at odds with the US Constitution.
