Populist outsider Javier Milei finished in second place behind left-wing establishment candidate Sergio Massa in the Argentinian general elections on Sunday afternoon, with the country now set for a run-off vote to determine the presidency in November.
Milei – a self-described “anarcho-capitalist” and admirer of former President Donald Trump – was the favorite going into the elections and was leading the polls for the past several months at around 35 percent compared to Massa’s sub-30 numbers. The elections themselves appeared to reverse the polling predictions, however, with Massa receiving 36.6 percent support and Milei receiving 29.9 percent.

Few outside some bitter Republican circles are still arguing that Donald Trump can’t win the 2024 election. What was conventional wisdom a few months ago has fallen to pieces. Trump has already won the primary, not that Republicans have any reason to regret it: he is outperforming Joe Biden in the polls, despite being indicted four times, a remarkable feat that only Trump could pull off. Notably, Trump ran far behind Biden in 2020, when Trump barely “lost,” something that enraged many liberals at the time.

Lindsey Graham, the bellicose South Carolina senator full of empty conservative promises and love of mass amnesty for illegal aliens, responded to the Hamas terror attacks in Israel by promptly calling for the U.S. military to attack Iran and destroy its oil refineries.
Of all the ways we could cripple Iran’s (or Joe Biden’s) financing of Hamas (forbidding Barack Obama, John Kerry, and Joe Biden from handing the world’s leading State-sponsor of terrorism billions of dollars each year would be an excellent start), Graham goes straight to the option that will see already exorbitantly high oil prices skyrocket even further. It sure is perplexing (not!) how every policy proposal coming from D.C. (regardless of nominal party affiliation) conveniently advances Klaus Schwab’s “Great Reset” agenda to make private car ownership unaffordable and windmill-powered scooter rentals slightly more appealing.

Last month we reported that thanks to the legal efforts of Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and attorney Sujata Gibson, New York State repealed their vaccine mandate for health care workers. That repeal officially occurred on October 4, 2023.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was the Chairman of CHD when this case was launched.
However the NY Attorney General asked for the victory that made the vaccine mandate null and void deeming it arbitrary and capricious be mooted. Had this been granted by the NY Appellate Court in the 4th Department it would have allowed the mandate to possibly come back in the future.

The law firm Campbell Miller Payne was established in 2023 by lawyers Jordan Campbell, Ron Miller, Josh Payne, and Daniel Sepulveda. The lawyers represent detransitioners in a number of high-profile cases, including Prisha Mosely and Soren Aldaco. Despite the newness of the firm, Campbell tells the Caller that they “average about one potential new client a week.”
