Last Friday, the national debt quietly blew above $33 trillion.
As of September 15, the outstanding federal debt stood at a cool $33,044,858,730,468.04.
It took the Biden administration just three months to add another $1 trillion to the debt. It eclipsed $32 trillion back on June 15.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in statements made to reporters, that the United States is waging war against Russia through the Ukraine proxy war. In previous comments on Friday, Lavrov had said the U.S. is also waging a global effort to isolate Moscow.
It doesn’t appear to be working, as China continues to make it clear that it is on Russia’s side, no matter what the ruling class of the United States decides to do. “There is a real plot around the topic of the so-called (peace) negotiations, as well as attempts to turn everything upside down through pseudo diplomacy,” he said Friday. During the 15th BRICS Summit, 22-24 August 2023, in Johannesburg, South Africa, chaired by South Africa’s President, Cyril Ramaphosa, six new countries were admitted to the bloc. The BRICS are now called the BRICS-11 and include the five original nations, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa. The new members invited to join the bloc as of 1 January 2024 are Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
The summit took place with big fanfare and expectations. Some 40 countries were invited, all wanted to become members of the BRICS, but just six new ones made it. Another group will probably be included in the bloc during next year’s BRICS summit, hosted by Russia.

A gas leak from Union Carbide’s pesticide plant in Bhopal in 1984 resulted in around 560,000 injured (respiratory problems, eye irritation, etc.), 4,000 severely disabled and 20,000 dead.
Not only that, but the pesticides produced at the factory and the model of farming promoted has caused well-documented misery for farmers, harm to soil, water sources and the health of the population and a radical transformation of social relations in rural communities. And these issues apply not only to India but also to other countries.
