With grand fanfare, Fox News rolled out its first night of the post-Tucker Carlson permanent primetime lineup Monday night. The ratings were released Tuesday, showing a freefall in viewership. Even Sean Hannity lost the ratings battle to MSNBC. Let’s just say that at this point the guys in the executive suites might need some smelling salts.

This morning Russian media sources reported that a Ukrainian followup attack to the one on the Crimea bridge by 28 drones was defeated by Russian air defenses. In response, Russia destroyed the manufacturing sites of the drones and fuel storage facilities that provide fuel for Ukraine’s military. The two words, “in response” tells us what is wrong with Putin’s conduct of the war. Why did it take a Ukrainian attack on Crimea for Russia to do what any other country at war would have done a long time ago—destroy its enemy’s armaments factories and fuel depots? It is as if Russia is not at war. The offensive initiatives are with Ukraine. All Russia does is to retaliate to Ukrainian attacks.

The supporters of former President Trump are absolutely correct about one thing. If every single Republican pledged their allegiance to him and fell in line, he’d win the nomination easily. But he’d also lose the general election again. He does not receive enough support from outside the traditional Republican and MAGA base to win in 2024.
Hillary Clinton beat Trump by roughly three million in the popular vote in 2016. While Trump indeed did win the election by taking the required two hundred seventy electoral votes, just a few thousand votes in each of the key swing states would have changed that outcome into a Hillary Clinton landslide victory in 2016. The Democrat’s ‘ground game‘ in the important swing states has been a huge emphasis for their party ever since, so that a repeat Republican victory based solely on the Electoral College likely won’t happen again.

Well, well, well, looks like the IRS whistleblower was telling the truth about Hunter after all, as most of us had already figured out. The House Oversight Committee has revealed that an FBI agent, who was directly involved in investigating Hunter Biden, has dropped some shocking testimony that actually backs up allegations from that infamous IRS whistleblower, Gary Shapley. If you’ll recall, Shapley believes that Hunter Biden was given “preferential treatment” by the Justice Department during that so-called investigation into his taxes and illegal gun accusations. The Committee says the FBI agent’s testimony is “deeply troubling” and reveals the disturbing extent the DOJ went to protect the Bidens.

If a famous person who was known to be vaccinated suddenly dies, you invariably will see in the news shortly after that, while they don’t know what the person died from, they ‘know for certain’ their death was not caused by the COVID vaccine. In similar fashion. the Joe Biden administration has just called off the investigation into who left a packet of cocaine in the White House, and while they have no idea who put it there, they ‘know for certain’ it wasn’t Hunter Biden. Uh-huh. Totally legit. But that’s not the worst of it.
