If reelected for a second (or third if there was no fraud in 2020?) term this fall, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is promising to pursue criminal charges against everyone involved in voter and election fraud.
An X account that shares Trump posts from Truth Social tweeted this week a message from the Apprentice star that his second term will include sending to prison “Election Fraudsters at levels never seen before, and they will be sent to prison for long periods of time.”

A new report from the House Judiciary Committee released on Wednesday, and confirming our previous reporting, casts the Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM) under scrutiny, suggesting potential violations of federal antitrust laws due to its outsized influence in the advertising sector.
We obtained a copy of the report for you here.
Established in 2019 by Rob Rakowitz and the World Federation of Advertisers, GARM has been accused of leveraging this influence to systematically restrict certain viewpoints online and sideline platforms advocating divergent views.

It’s important to understand is that there is not one single new or original idea in Klaus Schwab’s so-called Great Reset agenda for the world. Nor is his Fourth Industrial Revolution agenda his. Nor is his claim to having invented the notion of Stakeholder Capitalism a product of Schwab.
Klaus Schwab is little more than a slick public relations agent for a global technocratic agenda, a corporatist unity of corporate power with government, including the UN, an agenda whose origins go back to the beginning of the 1970s, and even earlier.
The Davos Great Reset is merely an updated blueprint for a global dystopian dictatorship under UN control that has been decades in development. The key actors were David Rockefeller and his protégé, Maurice Strong.

The move came less than 24 hours after a lower court rejected a bid by the Biden administration to prevent a preliminary injunction in the Kennedy v. Biden censorship lawsuit from taking effect. The injunction would have prohibited White House officials from coercing social media platforms to suppress or censor online content.

One of the largest German-speaking alternative media stations has been de-banked in Austria and Germany, according to its editor-in-chief.
AUF1 editor-in-chief Stefan Magnet said in a video message that the organization had eight of its bank accounts in Germany and Austria shut down within weeks.
“So, we are forced to go into exile with our donations bank account to Viktor Orban’s Hungary,” Magnet stated. “It is unpleasant, but we have no other choice because this is a coordinated campaign of destruction against Auf1 and our information work.”

Joe Biden is said to be still somewhat sentient between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., except when he is taking his nap. Peter Doocy made himself even less welcome at the White House yesterday by asking what happens if a nuclear attack occurs outside of that time window.
The response from White House spokes-DEIster Karine Jean-Pierre was both encouraging…

SCOTUS upheld a 200-year-old precedent that proscribes criminal prosecution of presidential acts. Since the president is elected through a political process, the proper remedy for actions that conflict with the Constitution is a political action: impeachment in Congress, NOT criminal prosecution. Functional, sustainably governed nations do not cannibalize themselves by permitting competing political parties to weaponize the criminal justice system against each other.

Channeling his inner Hillary Clinton, who just couldn’t understand why she wasn’t 50 points ahead of Trump in the run-up to the 2016 election, a forlorn Joe Scarborough told his audience after the 2024 presidential debate that he has “no idea why this race is close.”
Scarborough asks a good question, but not for the reason he thinks. Joe Biden’s approval rating of 38.7% in the 13th quarter of his presidency is the lowest in history, so he is arguably punching above his presidency’s weight in the polling. To put things in perspective for Scarborough, who claims he “will destroy anyone” who challenges Joe Biden’s record of excellence as president, Jimmy Carter’s approval rating in April of 1980 was nine points higher at 47.7%.
from ZeroHedge:
The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed three top White House aides on Wednesday, and has demanded that they sit for depositions concerning President Joe Biden’s health – and who’s actually running the country.
As Axios reports, Oversight chair James Comer (R-KY) subpoenaed First Lady Jill Biden’s top aide Anthony Bernal, deputy chief of staff Annie Tomasini, and senior adviser Ashley Williams, who the outlet described as “low-profile but very influential” inside the White House.
According to Wednesday letters, Comer cites Bernal and Tomasini’s access to the first family’s residence – which White House residence staff found ‘unusual,’ as ‘political staffers often don’t have such access.’

We continue to get numbers that indicate that the U.S. economy is steamrolling in the wrong direction as we approach the most chaotic election season in our history. Needless to say, the performance of the economy is going to play a major role in the outcome of the election, because millions upon millions of Americans are really suffering right now. Homelessness has been growing at the fastest pace ever recorded, hunger and poverty are exploding, and we are in the midst of a cost of living crisis that doesn’t seem to have any end in sight. Unfortunately, there are signs that things will soon get even worse. For example, we experienced a “historic surge” of corporate bankruptcies during the first half of this year that was worse than anything we have witnessed since the first half of 2010…
