Home from the Hospital, Independence Day 2023
Dearest Readers (I feel by now as if I am addressing beloved friends out there, like a letter-writer in an Austen novel) —
I am home at last from the second hospital — the “vortex hospital,” the hospital of near-no-return — and, per the title of this update, I am:
Not Dead Yet.
by Michael McKay, Activist Post:
The Health Freedom Defense Fund published a devastating heavily documented essay on June 19, 2023: “The Story of Pfizer Inc. – A Case Study in Pharmaceutical Empire and Corporate Corruption” and authorized Dr. Sam Bailey to produce this video version.
It documents many of the crimes committed by the corporation that has egregiously been credited with helping humanity during the COVID-19 era.

I am writing this within a few days after a power outage on June 18, 2023, so that I will remember the details. I am a 74-year-old and somewhat handicapped grandpa who lives alone in the country. I still get around okay but a lot of physical effort wears me out rather quickly. Sometimes I think that I still have the physical capabilities of the athlete that I was as a younger man. Mentally, yes. Physically, not so much!
by Michael Snyder, End Of The American Dream:
I hope that this Independence Day was the greatest Independence Day that you and your family have ever experienced. Personally, I had the opportunity to spend some time with family over the past several days, and that helped to rejuvenate me. We should be thankful for times like these, because we will not always have them. In fact, at the rate that America is falling we may not have too many July 4th celebrations left. Just about every major decision that our leaders make is self-destructive, and if we stay on the road that we are currently on our nation is not going to survive. So let us hope for some sort of a great awakening to happen soon, because the clock is ticking.

‘We’re left with the gut-wrenching feeling of: What was it all for?’
Veterans are pushing their family members — who represent an overwhelming majority of new recruits — away from military service, deepening U.S. armed forces’ recruitment crisis, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Nearly 80% of new recruits have at least one family member with a service record, but these family members are increasingly questioning whether the potential costs of military service — which include rising rates of post-traumatic stress disorder, suicide and a reliance on welfare programs — are worth it when compared to a career in the private sector, particularly following the fall of Afghanistan to the Taliban, the WSJ reported. The military has faced significant criticism from GOP lawmakers over its focus on “woke” initiatives, which they say prioritize diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and deepen the recruiting crisis by alienating potential recruits.

I’m not sure what is funnier, that a ziploc bag of powered cocaine was found in the working quarters (West Wing) of the Office of the United States President, or that the Secret Service claim they can’t figure out who it belongs to… lol Gee, I wonder.
Obviously, a review of the CCTV video is out of the question, or something.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) -A white powder found inside the White House late on Sunday was identified by Washington’s fire department and emergency services as cocaine, a source familiar with the matter said on Tuesday.
by Paul Engel, America Outloud:
For the last two Independence Days, I have been showing you how much our current government in Washington, D.C., is acting exactly as King George III did back in the 18th century. While the actions of King George’s led the colonies to declare their independence, the states have not shown themselves as willing to defend their rights and those of their citizens now. Why is that? I think the answer can be found in the Declaration of Independence:
All experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
by Selwyn Duke, The New American:
Six years ago, French intellectual Christian de Moliner suggested that his nation essentially be divided, with the creation of a quasi-Sharia state within its borders, to avoid civil war with its Muslims. While de Moliner was wrong in his prescription — appeasement never works — his prognosis appears spot-on. In fact, France has for days been torn apart by rioting, and President Emmanuel Macron has been fiddling while Paris burns.

Ukraine’s President Zelensky has once again been warning the public and the West that Russia is planning to stage some kind of disastrous nuclear fallout event centered on the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, Europe’s largest. The claims from Ukrainian top officials have been persisting for weeks at this point, but have grown louder in the last several days, as Americans are busy with July 4th festivities.
by Victor Davis Hanson, American Greatness:
President Joe Biden, the Biden grifting conglomerate, the Department of Justice, and the FBI under its fourth consecutive weaponized director, are in danger of subverting the American system of law.
They are in various ways undermining the tradition of self-reported income tax computation and voluntary compliance.
Our tax institutions, of course, are based on the real deterrence of a disinterested, uncompromised Internal Revenue Service. Without it, the income revenues of the United States are existentially threatened.
