President Joe Biden announced last week that the United States would be funding – and possibly fighting – three wars in three different parts of the world at the same time. It is an ambitious foreign policy for a president who doesn’t even seem to be able to express a coherent thought without the help of a teleprompter.
Nearly every word of Biden’s speech was untrue, including the preposterous suggestion that “American leadership is what holds the world together. American alliances are what keep us, America, safe.”
US interventionism in Ukraine for over ten years and in the Middle East for decades has brought those two regions to the brink of an explosion unlike anything seen before. And if that is not enough, Biden’s neocons are also determined to take us to war with China over Taiwan. Well, it appears that Ukraine isn’t the only money-laundering scheme orchestrated by this regime. We’ve got a new one on our hands, and it’s a bombshell. Like everything else this failing administration touches, it too warrants a criminal investigation. According to recent congressional testimony, half of the pandemic “relief” funds ended up in the hands of our foreign adversaries, like China and Russia. Is this some sort of payoff for instigating the pandemic and ousting Trump from office? God knows it’s a question that begs to be asked, and hordes of folks online are convinced this was “payment” for a job well done.

Titanium dioxide is the most widely used whitening pigment in the world and has been linked to adverse health effects, particularly genotoxicity and intestinal inflammation. It is applied as food coloring and a whitening agent to a wide variety of foods, including chewing gum, cakes, candies, breads and ice cream.
Because of health risks, France banned titanium dioxide as a food additive in 2020. Two years later the European Union also banned titanium dioxide as a food additive.

This is, when you get down to it, pretty much what the entire “Short Term Rental” game is about; the arbitrage is in evading commercial building codes, commercial taxes (which are almost always assessed much higher than residential property) and other sorts of fees and expenses that should fall on the operator of said properties (e.g. commercial customers nearly-always pay demand charges for power and often also pay for “apparent power”, otherwise known as “power factor” — while residential customers pay for neither.)
