At 6:53 a.m. this morning (ET), Dow futures were up 454 points. That followed the Dow Jones Industrial Average gaining 765 points yesterday. No one who has been a trader on Wall Street or a stock broker for multiple decades believes this rally is real. Wall Street veterans are thinking that either the Fed’s plunge protection team or the Treasury’s plunge protection team is behind the rally. Equally unbelievable, as the chart above indicates, is the fact that the major mega banks on Wall Street closed in the green yesterday. Many of these are counterparties to Credit Suisse derivatives and thus subject to the potential for contagion.

Not since the 2008 financial crisis has communist China’s yuan currency been as weak as it is now, which has prompted the People’s Bank of China to issue a warning about a coming dollar dump and yuan buyback.
All major state-run banks in China have been told to prepare for this coming event, which will aim to hike up the failing yuan, which fell 0.9 percent to 7.1340 against the dollar this week – its worst annual decline since 1994.

The Trudeau Administration wants to eliminate all freedoms. Provinces are fighting back at Trudeau’s gun confiscation, deemed a “mandatory gun buyback” for assault rifles. As usual, the government put this plan in place without a plan for enforcement.
Two years ago, Alberta Premier Jason Kenney, in the video above, explained that firearm ownership is already under strict regulations. Only law-abiding citizens must adhere to these regulations. He accused Ottawa of using the people as scapegoats for their gun confiscation plan instead of cracking down on gangs and criminals who actually commit gun crimes. Now, Trudeau is going after the people and pointing at events that occurred outside Canada as a reason to ban citizens from legally owning assault rifles.
