A police officer can be heard saying in the video that Levant was arrested for “breach of the peace” and inciting violence. Levant was arrested after he refused to move away from police after being warned by officers.

“While reporting on the ongoing pro-terrorist demonstrations in the predominantly Jewish neighborhood of Toronto, Ezra Levant was arrested,” Rebel News wrote on its website. “We have already been in touch with our lawyer Leora Shemesh who was on the scene before the arrest and will work to release Ezra and defend any charges made against him.”
