Netanyahu’s decision to send Israeli ground troops into Lebanon is another big step towards World War III. As another million-plus are displaced by Israeli aggression, the humanitarian catastrophe grows. There are also questions of how Iran will respond, and is the U.S. ready to join a war in the Middle East. The new NATO General Secretary has limited influence, given that the shots are called in Washington and London, and the Europeans thus far show no guts to fight for their sovereignty.
