An example of this destructive vision in action is the Cloward-Piven Award, given annually by the Critical Political Science section of the American Political Science Association. The use of the term “Critical” in this context is a direct reference to Marxist theory. Whether it’s Critical Race Theory or Critical Gender Theory, the objective is the same: to destabilize institutions by using identity-based divisions as tools of societal disruption.
- Critical Race Theory: Uses race as a means to divide and destabilize American culture and institutions.
- Critical Gender Theory: Has fueled the radical trans movement and all other lines of operations against sexual identity..
- Critical Immigration Theory: Is a destructive force aimed at overwhelming and destabilizing the receiving nation by manipulating immigration policies.
In essence, “Critical” is a Marxist tactic designed to attack specific aspects of society. The noun that follows—whether race, gender, or immigration—represents the vector of attack.
