While you may have never heard the heartbreaking story of 39-year old Sarah Healey, I’ve got to share it with you briefly now as the introduction to this story.
While giving the eulogy for her 81-year-old father-in-law just days ago, in front of her three children, aged 16, 7 and 6, the 39-year-old Sarah Healey, a nurse believed to be in excellent physical health, collapsed unexpectedly and died on the spot after suffering an attack of arrhythmia or cardiac arrest.
Sarah’s mother Gladys Healey spoke out, claiming that her daughter’s death left the family devastated, and had come as a complete surprise, claiming her daughter had no history of heart problems.

Yet whenever we look out at the news nowadays, we see that such sudden and unexpected deaths are ‘the new norm,’ happening every day now all across the planet, young, healthy people simply collapsing and dying suddenly. And while the talking heads of the mainstream media try to blame ‘global warming’ or ‘the unvaccinated‘ for this avalanche of sudden, mysterious deaths, more and more people are finally ‘awakening‘ and seeing ‘the big picture‘ the WHO, CDC and US govt have tried to hide.
As seen in the tweet below from Dr. Peter McCullough, trending #1 on Google was a search for sudden, unexplained deaths among the vaccinated with no antecedent disease being most likely caused by COVID-19 vaccine induced cardiac arrest when assessed by autopsy and a research paper Dr. McCullough recently had published confirming what we’ve long been warning of here on ANP.
And while Bill Gates and the CDC are still trying to get Americans to take their ineffective and deadly ‘vaccines’ that this Substack entry by Dr. Paul Alexander warns are a Bioweapon disguised as an experimental mRNA Gene-altering substance, a bioweapon that was injected into the arms over 5.7 billion individuals worldwide, of great alarm is a new ruling issued by the Food and Drug Administration that took effect on January 22nd that waives ‘informed consent’ for medical research as long as they abide by the following caveat: The study cannot pose more than minimal risk to humans and must include appropriate safeguards to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of those involved.
Published here at the Federal Register, this is how they’ve turned us all into human guinea pigs now, these mad scientists who’ve proven they don’t have the best interests of humanity in mind, able to ‘inject anything they like without informed consent in the future,’ what is a clear violation of the Nuremberg Code and setting us all up in the days to come for ‘pandemic 2.0‘ or ‘Disease X‘ or whatever they choose to call the next bioweapon attack upon us all, with the FDA’s final ruling ripe for abuse from a cabal of government terrorists who’ve proven they want to kill us all. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA, the Agency, or we) is issuing a final rule to amend its regulations to implement a provision of the 21st Century Cures Act (Cures Act). This final rule allows an exception from the requirement to obtain informed consent when a clinical investigation poses no more than minimal risk to the human subject and includes appropriate safeguards to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of human subjects. The final rule permits an institutional review board (IRB) to waive or alter certain informed consent elements or to waive the requirement to obtain informed consent, under limited conditions, for certain FDA-regulated minimal risk clinical investigations.
