The US has been coercing, bribing and blackmailing drug enforcement agencies around the world to cite Syria and President Assad for producing and distributing narcotics around the Middle East.
It isn’t hard to figure out that Syria exports nothing. Syria’s oil and wheat are stolen, there are no Syrian olive oil exports and most of Syria’s industrial capacity was removed and trucked into Turkey by the White Helmets.
Who Really Makes Captagon?

Currently, in the US, there is a nationwide shortage of children’s medications for ADD/ADHD and cold mediations.
There is no explanation for the shortage other than possible mysterious exports of the primary chemicals used in these medications, chemicals that, when combined, make up the illegal drug called Captagon.
The ISIS (banned in Russia) ‘Rape Drug’
Today we are going to be discussing the drug Captagon. This is a stimulant widely used in the Middle East that was initially manufactured and supplied by ISIS (banned in Russia) but was always sourced from facilities in Turkey’s Hatay Province.
It is manufactured from amphetamine and theophylline. These compounds are used, primarily, in treating ADHD, or “hyperactivity” in children or in flu or cold medications for children as theophylline is a bronchial dilator considered safe.
Combined, however, they make Captagon, which “empowers” or “elates” generally tied to sexual performance or “combat aggression.”
Washington and Tel Aviv’s Lie Machine
During a morning review of Open-Source Intelligence, I stumbled upon something genuinely corrupt and sickening on the site run by the Quincy Institute, Responsible Statecraft.
Responsible Statecraft is a highly reputable journal that is generally even-handed and even supportive of positions held by Iran and Syria and runs against mainstream propaganda, or it did.
Written by James M. Dorsey, the article titled “Assad Plays a Strong Hand in Diplomatic Poker with Arab Neighbors” supposedly discusses a possible Kurdish withdrawal from US backed occupied Arab land.
It does nothing of the sort.
Here is what it really says:
“This week, Jordan’s foreign ministry said that Syria had agreed at the meeting in Amman to take steps “to end drug smuggling,’ a reference to Captagon, a highly addictive amphetamine.
Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Greece have intercepted large amounts of Captagon manufactured in Syria. The production and illegal export of the drug worth an estimated $50 billion a year has become an economic lifeline for Assad’s regime.
U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs Barbara Leaf acknowledged that drug smuggling might be the major concession Arab states can wrest from Assad.
‘Our approach…is to say… make sure that you get something for that engagement. And I would put ending the Captagon trade right at the top alongside … providing relief to the Syrian people from the terrible decade of oppression that they’ve suffered,’ she said.”
Dorsey’s evidence comes from a “content creator” whose Twitter output reeks of conspiracy theories and anti-Assad propaganda. We weren’t supposed to check.
Current ChatGPT limitations, such as being limited to parroting NATO “fact finders” will make this kind of disinformation effortless once the army of propagandists and trolls gets trained.
The Truth?
Precursor drugs for the missing medications from US shelves are manufactured, primarily, in Belgium and the Netherlands. They ship in cardboard barrels to US pill factories, yes…” Big Pharma.” There, the content is dumped into hoppers where it is mixed with binders and pressed into compressed tablets or filled into capsules.
Today, almost the entire production of these precursor drugs heads to the Middle East. There is some evidence that there really is production inside what was Syria, in Idlib Province, now occupied by US backed Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (banned in Russia), the name taken by al- Qaeda (banned in Russia) in US/Israeli occupied Syria.
Sources tell us that the trade is handled by a division of Britain’s intelligence service, MI-6 and their local proxy, the White Helmets.
White Helmets
The fake “heroes” of the Syrian conflict have been exposed countless times, but the controlled western media still continues to replay the accomplishments of these “terrorists in sheep’s clothing. From Phil Giraldi, former CIA officer:

Someone high up in the federal government, perhaps Hillary or even President Obama himself, must have decided that terrorists who kill only Iranians deserve a get out of jail free card from the State Department.
But perhaps there is no bigger fraud making the rounds than the so-called White Helmets. The recent media coverage derives from the documentary The White Helmets, which was produced by the group itself and tells a very convincing tale, promoted as ‘the story of real-life heroes and impossible hope.’ It is a very impressive piece of propaganda, so much so that it has won numerous awards, including the Oscar for Best Documentary Short last year, and the White Helmets themselves were nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. ‘
