They know that the citizenries of every country on Earth need to feel a sufficient degree of pain and suffering so that two key dynamics will naturally unfold.
First, that national economies will collapse to the point where joining the military looks real good compared to the inevitable unemployment and pervasive joblessness caused by the deliberately manufactured Energy Wars and Trade/Tariff Wars.
