Why would anyone want to own the weather?
The most straightforward answer is ⎯ because insane megalomaniacs out there want to control the world.
Controlling weather and other geophysical processes has been a goal these people have been working to attain for about a century. In recent decades, they’ve refined the technologies, modified the ever-changing climate change message, redirected targets, and manufactured other lies to keep the masses distracted.

The grandest lie of all goes beyond the lie of the pandemic and 9/11 (and other false flag events) and involves one of the most important elements/gasses on Earth ⎯ carbon dioxide. They’ve created a myth that it is the reason behind today’s extreme weather events. This deception supports the goals of the military-industrial complex (MIC), big oil, mining, telecom, pharmaceutical, transportation, and related geoengineering investment and profiteering industries that are funded by your carbon tax dollars. Money that goes to build c40/15 Minute/SMART cities and farms, designed to keep you where you belong ⎯ on a short leash. “Decarbonization” can never occur as carbon is both the base of life and one of the most common elements in existence. Trying to get rid of it is as asinine as trying to stop one of the most common classes of cooties ⎯ by that I mean coronavirus (if viruses even exists) – on Earth.
The very foundation of the entire Great Reset and Agenda 2030 ⎯ Transhumanistic Agenda is based on geoengineering and weather warfare.
If you control the weather ⎯ sunshine, rain and moisture in the atmosphere, snow, ice, and wind ⎯ you can control global economic sectors and both the health of humans and the environment. Another “benefit” to controlling Earth’s terrestrial and oceanic processes is that you can force and direct the movement/migration of large populations. We see this on a regular basis with extended droughts, large wildfires, hurricanes, and earthquakes.
A Brief History of Weather Modification
In the US alone, weather modification projects have been executed on a fairly regular basis for agriculture and other commercial industries since the 1970s – though these activities go back decades prior. These initial projects would use products like dry ice, silver iodide, and other basic materials to create rain, reduce hail impacts, mitigate fog, and other “light’ weather modifications.
But it was around the Cold War era that the focus aimed toward more intense military uses. By the late 1940s, for example, General Electric partnered with the US Army Signal Corps and the Office of Naval Research to execute Project Cirrus, an early attempt to modify hurricanes. By the late 1950s, Popular Science magazine had published an article entitled Weather as a Weapon, where a retired naval captain covered “present knowledge” on “possible ways of changing weather on a global scale.” It included:
- Rocket spread gas clouds to increase or decrease solar energy reaching Earth
- Electronic bombardment of the ionosphere to alter electrical charge
- Controlled thermonuclear reaction to heat areas of the atmosphere
- Reflectors on space platforms to concentrate sun’s rays on Earth
- Heat absorptive substances spread on Polar Ice Caps
- Dye, Oil, or vegetation on ocean areas to alter their reflective properties
- Chemicals on the ocean surface to affect evaporation and thus rainfall
The 1960s saw considerable leaps in warfare technologies and competition for atmospheric and potential aerospace control. During a 1962, address at Southwest Texas State University, then Vice President, Lyndon B. Johnson, stated: “From space, the masters of infinity would have the power to control the Earth’s weather; to cause drought and flood, to change tides and raise the levels of the sea… to divert the Gulf Stream and change temperate climates to frigid. ” Further proselytizing, “It lays the predicate and foundation for the development of a weather satellite that will permit man to determine the world’s cloud layer, and ultimately to control the weather … and he who controls the weather will control the world.” By the time he was president, he was fully backing the MIC and large-scale weather modification, laying the foundation for geoengineering – as has every president since.
