An Australian doctor who dared to call Covid vaccines “the crime of the century” has emerged victorious in court, dealing a devastating blow to medical regulators determined to silence dissent.
Dr. William Bay, suspended for speaking out against the so-called “vaccines”, has been reinstated after a stunning Queensland Supreme Court ruling. Bay, representing himself, stood alone against the combined legal firepower of the Queensland Medical Board and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Yet truth prevailed.

The judge denounced the accusations against Bay as “completely unfounded,” exposing the overreach of the regulatory bodies that sought to crush him.

Gagging Doctors, Silencing Truth
Bay’s ordeal began in August 2022 when AHPRA suspended him, gagging him from speaking to patients about the risks of the Covid vaccines. In an interview with Sky News’ The Outsiders, Bay revealed that regulators imposed gag orders on doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals across Australia. These measures stopped frontline medical workers from raising alarms about vaccine-related injuries and deaths.
“We were not allowed to speak the truth. We could not openly warn our patients of the risks,” Bay stated.
In calling out AHPRA, he accused the regulatory body of complicity in “thousands of unreported deaths” because doctors, cardiologists, and surgeons were silenced under threat of suspension or worse. Bay refused to comply, even when the cost was his career.
