A whistleblower has raised urgent concerns about what they describe as an “infinite number” of foreign nationals entering the United States through obscure and poorly-monitored immigration programs. The insider claims these programs, operating under the Biden administration, lack the oversight necessary to ensure the safety and security of American citizens.

The whistleblower, using the pseudonym “Hart Celler” on X (formerly Twitter), is a federal careerist who recently spoke with Border Hawk, an immigration-focused news outlet. Celler highlighted alarming statistics and pathways that allow foreign nationals to enter the country legally but often without adequate vetting.
According to Customs and Border Protection (CBP), more than 1.4 million people have used programs like the CBP One app and the CHNV parole process since January 2023. Meanwhile, other lesser-known initiatives, such as the Family Reunification Program, Central American Minors Program, and Uniting for Ukraine, have facilitated the entry of additional migrants.
Celler stressed the severity of the situation, stating, “Untold millions of aliens have ‘legally’ entered the U.S. via initiatives offered by Customs and Border Protection since Joe Biden took office.”
In addition to legal pathways, the whistleblower highlighted the growing issue of illegal entries. Millions of “gotaways” and “undetected unlawful entrants” have reportedly crossed U.S. borders. The term “gotaways,” defined by law, refers to individuals observed entering the country without apprehension or returning to their country of origin.
“A ‘gotaway’ has a very specific definition in law,” Celler explained. “You have to have been observed… and then you didn’t either go back into Mexico or Canada, and ultimately, you were not arrested.”
The whistleblower also discussed mechanisms for addressing this issue under the incoming Trump administration. Celler noted that mass deportations are legally feasible, despite their logistical challenges.
The Biden administration has faced mounting criticism over its handling of immigration policies, with opponents citing the risks posed by poorly-vetted entrants. Supporters of these programs argue they are vital for humanitarian relief and addressing global crises.
