The Romeike family, who sought freedom in the United States after being persecuted for homeschooling in Germany, have been granted another year in the USA.
At the end of October, ICE officials met with the Romeike family to inform them of the extension being offered so they could remain in the United States for another year. Kevin Boden, Director of the International branch of the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), stated, “We are celebrating this good news and rejoicing with the Romeikes that they can continue to live together in freedom with their whole family and community in Tennessee.”

“Sadly, the Romeike’s legal status remains unchanged,” said HSLDA Action Executive Director Joel Grewe. “Until a permanent solution is achieved, HSLDA will continue to work with members of Congress and others to advocate on their behalf for a just and permanent solution so that the family does not face this risk each year.”
However, there’s a new sheriff in town, and he’s bringing with him deputies who believe in justice. Tom Homan, Trump’s appointee to run ICE, is not a man who will harass a loving family fleeing the persecution of a rogue German government while ignoring millions of illegals pouring into our country on a daily basis.
Expect changes to this family’s legal status soon—in fact, expect many changes to happen soon.
Both Democrats and Republicans are fearful of Matt Gaetz’s appointment to lead the Justice Department. Gaetz is not beholden to either party. He loves country over party and is willing to be the hammer of justice needed to clean house in the DOJ.
Those who are not afraid to vote for Matt Gaetz are the men and women we want in Congress. Senator Mark Wayne Mullin said, “The president wants a hammer at the DOJ, and he sees Matt Gaetz as a hammer . . . We hired an unconventional president. The American people wanted that.”
Yes! That’s exactly what we want for the present and the future.
Meanwhile, there are Democrat governors unwilling to comply with Trump’s immigration policy moving forward. Suppose you live in Arizona, Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts, Chicago, or Boston. In that case, your leaders are bent on ignoring the immigration laws of America and, in many cases, allowing illegals to run roughshod over your communities.
