Democrats are in full desperation mode

Recent national polls show that the presidential race is tightening again, with Donald Trump and Kamala Harris both at 47%. That’s bad news for Democrats, and if the polls we see are close, the internal polling for Harris-Walz will be dismal. An even race in the national vote would result in a landslide in the electoral votes for Donald Trump.

That would explain the panic shown over the weekend with the appearance of Barack Obama and Bill Clinton stumping for Harris, both making major gaffes and appearing completely out of touch with the American people. Bill Clinton, while discussing the “bi-partisan immigration bill,” tried to blame the death of Laken Riley, the Georgia college student murdered by an illegal immigrant, on that legislation not passing. The bill was in Congress for a vote a full two years after the murdering illegal immigrant entered the country and was released by Kamala Harris’ policies.

Clinton did make an interesting comment when he said that Riley wouldn’t have been killed if the illegals had been vetted. Of course, we have been saying that for almost four years. The Trump campaign quickly capitalized on the Clinton truth and made it their newest ad, with Donald Trump saying that he approved of this message.

From all outward appearances, the Harris-Walz campaign is limping to the Nov 5th finish line, and Donald Trump’s messaging is on point. He consistently sticks to the economy and the border, the two most important issues in the current presidential race. Harris-Walz has no answers, solutions, or policies. They are only left with desperation, but desperate people will do desperate things when all the power and control they crave is falling from their grasp.

On this episode of the “Truth Be Told with Booker Scott,” Fox News Contributor Matt Palumbo joins us for his weekly segment. We talk about the current betting odds, how they are now favoring a Trump win, and how Tim Walz’s awkward pheasant hunt was just another made-for-TV political operation.

Plus, Booker will share some insights from his experience with Hurricane Milton. Booker spent over four days without electricity after the powerful storm hit his home last week. You may be surprised by the silver lining he found and the story he tells.
