An alleged whistleblower affidavit, released Sunday on X by Black Insurrectionist, has leveled serious allegations against ABC News and Kamala Harris’ 2024 presidential campaign, claiming that the two conspired to rig the September 10th debate against former President Donald Trump. The whistleblower, reportedly a 10-year veteran of ABC, released the six-page affidavit on Sunday, outlining a series of irregularities surrounding the debate. The individual claimed that ABC News agreed to fact-check Trump during the debate while sparing Harris from similar scrutiny.

“It was agreed that Donald Trump would be subjected to fact-checking during the debate, while Kamala Harris would not face comparable scrutiny,” the alleged whistleblower stated in the affidavit. Harris’ campaign allegedly received additional guarantees, including that no questions would be asked about the perceived health of Joe Biden or her controversial tenure as Attorney General of San Francisco.

The alleged whistleblower, whose identity has been kept anonymous, claimed that ABC News was instructed by the Harris campaign to fact-check Trump but not Harris during the debate. Additionally, the campaign allegedly requested that no questions be asked regarding President Joe Biden’s health or Harris’ controversial tenure as attorney general of California.

The source of the affidavit release, Black Insurrectionist, stated that the alleged whistleblower also sent a letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson on the eve of the debate, postmarked with return receipt, and expressed a willingness to testify before Congress if requested. Furthermore, the alleged whistleblower claims to have retained unopened certified mail and unopened FedEx packages sent to themselves as potential evidence.
