The movement of Ukrainian troops in the Kursk direction near Kursk Nuclear Power Plant, as well as a drone attack on the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Plant, have signaled to the IAEA that the threat of nuclear disaster is imminent. President Lukashenko of Belarus believes this to have been the intention from the beginning.
