The latest new vocabulary term in the Newspeak Dictionary is “humanitarian entrant.” This might be defined as “an illegal alien upon whom Democrats are showering your money”:
PRUCOL stands for “permanent residence under color of law.” It pertains only to free money eligibility, not to actual immigration status. Moochers from abroad can be illegal aliens and still have PRUCOL status.

What’s the difference between “undocumented people” (i.e., foreign invaders acknowledged to be in the USA illegally), PROCUL people, and “humanitarian entrants”? You would have to ask one of the termites comprising the federal bureaucracy.
Democrats didn’t like it when slavery was abolished in this country the century before last. So they instituted a new form of slavery, via the welfare state. You work so that “humanitarian entrants” from other countries don’t have to.
