The world’s power brokers are secretly sending loads of radioactive substances to Ukraine so a “dirty bomb” can be created and detonated “under someone else’s flag,” it has been confirmed.
Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov of the Russian armed forces said that “available operational information” shows that radioactive substances continue to be sent by the West into Ukraine, which he described as a country that has become “a dumping ground for spent nuclear fuel and waste from hazardous chemical industries.”

The United States in particular contrived a carefully crafted technical and legal framework through which it is able to quietly fortify its biological-military capabilities in foreign countries rather than domestically where the public might learn about their presence and revolt.
Just like how the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) bioweapon is now believed to have been developed at biolaboratories in places like Ukraine and China, nuclear dirty bombs are also being built on foreign soil for use in the endless wars the U.S. continues to wage and fight.
The radioactive materials typically travel through Poland and Romania before entering Ukraine, Kirillov explained. And the presidential administration of Volodymyr Zelensky is what oversees these shipments from origin to destination.

Just last year, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) asked the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences to study fresh samples of radiological, chemical and nuclear material, as well as bioweapons and traces of their use.
After President Putin launched his special military operation in Ukraine back in early 2022, the Russian military found documents confirming Kiev’s interest in continuing to aid the U.S. in building weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). The same documents show that Andriy Yermak, the head of Zelensky’s office, oversees the organizational, financial and logistical aspects of the import of Western radiochemical substances into Ukraine.
Kirillov emphasized the fact that “dirty bombs” and other radiological, chemical and biological weapons are being built with Western materials inside Ukraine for use in “false flag” attacks, meaning the West is building and detonating these weapons only to then blame another country, i.e., Russia, for them.
Another Ukrainian government official, chief medical officer Igor Kuzin, was also named by Kirillov as playing a role in the development of WMDs inside Ukrainian territory.
The U.S. is also building WMDs in sub-Saharan Africa, the Ukrainian documents obtained by the Russian military further show. An entire laboratory and training center for the development of biological weapons is currently being constructed in Ethiopia under a joint program with financial support from the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
Interestingly enough, employees of the U.S. Army’s Institute of Infectious Diseases conducted a study on bat hantaviruses in Kenya just last year. This suggests there are more COVIDs soon on the way once whatever bat hantavirus bioweapon they are trying to make is finished.
