The various ways of controlling and manipulating the human biofield have been studied for many decades via various black projects mostly run under the rubric of the Military Industrial Complex and DARPA.
Because of their opaque black budgets, the only way that the most highly classified data and ultra-secret information ever gets released is through a brave whistleblower who has completely left the reservation. For one only leaves on pain of death, or worse.
