President Joe Biden announced last week that the United States will be spearheading a comprehensive new Global Health Security Strategy designed to “prevent, detect and effectively respond to biological threats wherever they emerge.”
This effort will bring 50 countries together to coordinate pandemic response, with federal bureaucracies like the Department of State, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, U.S. Agency for International Development and Health and Human Services imposing their public health agenda across the world.

This partnership is paving the way for a massive new treaty that is scheduled to be ratified by the World Health Organization (WHO) in May. This treaty would force the U.S. to surrender the sensitive public health data about its citizens over to the WHO. The treaty’s deliberately vague language could lead to the globalist body dictating policy on climate change, gun control, abortion or immigration if those are determined by disreputable lawyers and bureaucrats to be public health emergencies.
The WHO is already releasing scaremongering propaganda about a so-called “Disease X” that will supposedly be 20 times more deadly than COVID-19, even though scientists have not yet discovered the virus. The court experts paraded around by the WHO believe that only a massive treaty eradicating local control can prevent Disease X from wreaking havoc on the world. Perhaps that is a threat more than a warning, considering the global elite’s continued and unapologetic use of gain-of-function experimentation.
Aside from the speculation about scary-sounding nonexistent viruses that may or may not come to pass, what the new treaty would do is secretly turn over decisions about U.S. public health to WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus. The treaty would make the field of public health even more byzantine and unaccountable to the public. With the WHO’s track record of incompetence and subservience to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), this should alarm any person who does not want to rush headlong into the next deadly pandemic.
Tedros’ record of gross negligence ought to have him fitted for prison garb rather than potentially dictating global health policy. Tedros shamelessly lied about the origins of COVID-19, the nature and treatment of the virus, and gave the world fatally flawed advice about how to respond that contributed to the needless death of roughly 1 million Americans. When it was possible for travel bans to be instituted, like President Donald J. Trump enacted, it was the WHO at the behest of Tedros who urged medical experts to refuse these policies. Tedros was more concerned with carrying the water for the CCP than he was with saving lives and protecting the innocent.
“This is the time for facts, not fear; for science, not rumors. This is the time for solidarity, not stigma,” Tedros said in Jan. 2020.
One of the “facts” pushed by the WHO came in an infamous tweet in which they claimed that “preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission” of COVID-19. At the time of the post (Jan. 14, 2020), Chinese authorities already knew that human-to-human transmission of COVID-19 was possible, but deliberately spread disinformation amplified by the WHO resulting in countless more deaths.
Still, Tedros had the audacity to heap praise on the Chinese government for their pandemic response.
“China is actually setting a new standard in terms of outbreak response,” Tedros said. “We would have seen many more cases outside China by now, and probably deaths, if not for the government’s efforts.”
With the approval of this treaty, the CCP and global elites want to give Tedros the power to dictate what constitutes a “public health emergency of international concern” and what must be done about it. This would amount to the greatest surrender of U.S. sovereignty since the Panama Canal was given away nearly fifty years ago. In 1977, a momentous fight was mounted to block the give-away of our canal. While the treaty was ultimately approved by a slim margin of one single vote, the effort to block it ultimately gave birth to the modern conservative movement and the rise of Reagan with twenty U.S. Senators being removed by angry voters over the next two election cycles.
