Channel 1, set to launch next year, plans to use AI-generated news anchors and digital doubles of real actors who had their bodies scanned reading chatbot created ‘news’.
Whether you realize it or not, Artificial Intelligence is taking over, and in fact has already set up shop. I don’t deny that with it comes some incredible advances in how we do stuff, but AI isn’t here to give us anything, AI is taking. What exactly is it taking? Control. Think about it for a moment. Artificial Intelligence is like a visitor from a foreign planet that we know very little about, and hope they will have our best interests at heart. Sounds like something from the Twilight Zone, right? That’s because it is. TRUTH LIVES on at https://sgtreport.tv/
The episode of the Twilight Zone I am thinking of goes like this. An alien race comes to Earth, promising peace and sharing technology. A linguist and his team set out to translate the aliens’ language, using a book whose title they deduce is ‘To Serve Man.’ Sounds pretty good, right? The aliens serving man? Yeah, right up to the moment where they figure out the book is a cookbook, and man is on the menu! So you think about that while you get hooked on this ‘everything AI’ life we find ourselves in, and stay awake. There’s a signpost up ahead, your next stop..the Prophecy Zone.

The outlet’s founder said that misuse of AI-generated news is inevitable, but Channel 1 aims to ‘get out in front of this and create a responsible use of the technology.’
