In the newest interview on The National Security Hour and after the World Health Organization (WHO) Working Group on Amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) meetings, James Roguski, author, essayist, and independent researcher, joins me to speak about the newest proposed amendment changes to the IHR and UN and WHO’s four-tracks approach to achieve a “Pandemic Treaty” which the WHO is now calling a “Pandemic Accord” as a result of the legal and political push backs from opponents to their efforts.

In March 2022, James Roguski uncovered documents regarding proposed amendments to the IHR and was instrumental in raising awareness about them, which resulted in the amendments being rejected. James is now doing everything possible to expose the WHO’s hidden agenda behind their proposed “Pandemic Accord” as well as the WHO’s ongoing attempts to amend the IHR. James’ vision for the future can be summarized by the phrase: “Out of the WHO and in with the new.”
