Seems easy to buy. Difficult to sell. Just like Bitcoin.

I wonder how many satoshis mike had to save up to buy real money.

    • mike

The masked Ape man and Bix Weir, two of your heroes understand the BTC.

If you want people to use PMs as money why not make a digital currency 100% based on PMs? If would be easy, First you would need tons of Banks to store and process the PMs all over. You would need to enlist the help of FEDEX to settle up Foreign payments or have one Central bank where PMs would just be moved from on BIN to another. All of this would cost a hell of a lot of money to pay the new PM bureaucracy. Each purchase someone made would would have to have a service charge of 15%. Not to mention you just set up an entire new massive network of potential criminality. Would your bank start producing more credits than there were deposits? So even if you had a 100% gold/Silver standard the entire apparatus would cost a fortune to maintain and run. So think about that. Compare that with pure fiat dollars and whatever the Canadians use as money..Maple leafs, testicles or whatever. Then compare all of that garbage to BTC.
Instead of being ignorant lets hear your ideas for a money that could spend anywhere. No charges to spend. Instant payment, no banks or middlemen? I am truly willing to listen if you have a better idea. Thats what this is all about right?
Just using straight up physical Bullion would be difficult since they are not divisible. Bix was even talking about it. Think he was reading my post here on SGT. You cant pay a Sub grain for something..SO it might only work locally and it would be difficult. There is no way to pay and have goods delivered unless that guy in China is willing to send something overseas COD.
I want to really hear what you guys think is a better alternative? What is your solution? If it is a better solution that circumvents all banks,Middlemen, Gubberments I am all ears.

      • Eric

Sounds overly complicated. I think I’ll just use Goldmoney.

        • mike

Same thing..How does Gold money make money? How do they pay for their employees? Someone is paying for it.
Seriously what is a better option? Whats your idea..Lets hear it. I am sure you have given it some thought, we all have. You might have an amazing idea that will change the world and free us from the bankers. Make PMs spendable without fees, gubs, banks, middlemen… Lets hear it…
I am not opposed at all to something if it is a good idea even coming from you.

Looks like the BTC is taking a beating just took a $200 hit, someone sold a bunch.
That is how real markets without manipulation work.

          • Eric

Why don’t you do some research, use some critical thinking skills if you can, and answer your own questions.

I’m not here to do your homework for you.

            • mike

You have no answer as I suspected. Just attack the one true destroyer of Central banks BTC is the only thing you can do. Any form of money you advocate involves bankers and middlemen. Bankers and middlemen even gold money is inherently dishonest like you, intellectually dishonest.
BTC is perfect. Decentralized, no one controls it, you can pay in real time anyone in the world with no fees and privately.
Crypto in one form or another is the Future. It enables all the good with zero bad. Criminals using it would only be a testament to its honesty. No to mention throughout time criminals go after and spend the gold. Never exactly sure why you brought that up, made zero sense.
The problem with you is you’re a dinosaur who hates change. You want the dollar, central control as you have pointed out BTC is not “Legal Tender” and central banks do not store it.YOur opinions by default can only mean 1 of two things..1st You want is peasants mulling around trying to pay for things in grains of silver and a civilation taken back 1000 years, no innovation no future. 2nd You love the status Quo and have identified the only true threat to banking status Quo, BTC, you know PMs are no threat…Like I said intellectually dishonest or intentionally misleading and I just proved it for the world to see.
Please stop posting you pro Rothchild, Pro Central banking, Pro dollar opinions. No one cares here. People here want solutions not just parrot talk that ultimately supports everything evil you say your against. SO if somehow I am wrong about you lets hear you ideas.

              • Eric

I’ve been posting solutions and ideas and occult knowledge here for over 5 years.

I’m not going to do anything to help you figure it out when all you do is attempt to insult me. The rest of the people here get it. Just because you haven’t been paying attention and are too busy rattling your mouth off all the time rather than listening doesn’t mean you are entitled to any solutions or ideas. The rest of us can figure it out. Why can’t you?

Shut up and listen more. Do your own research if you really have legitimate questions you want answered. Use your brain once in a while and maybe you’ll learn something someday. But I doubt it.

                • mike

Not insulting you, your insulting yourself. The only good you can do about the occult, Jews, Banksters, evil in the world etc is pull the rug out of their finances. That is it, to stop them leaching off of mankind. There will always be bad people. If you are aware these things exist why in the name of god are you supporting them? Have to go for the root, the money.
We all know those things exist in one form or another dont need any more links. We do not need he exact mechanisms we need real solutions that would destroy their ability to operate or at least impede their ability. You have insulted me, in fact every time I said something there is 100 responses. You giving you a dose of your own medicine. Besides your attacks dont really bother me since you only have Krell and then you alter egos that support your positions.
Have not seen one solution proposed by you that would work. Think for yourself and a little harder on a real world solution. So far BTC is the best real world solution if you took 5 minutes to understand it instead of immediately dismissing it and then supporting the oppressors of mankind.
I am not asking you for a solution for me..I am asking for you and everyone else. I understand you have no solutions, Its a complex problem and your dealing with a lot of different variables. I don’t have the solutions either. I have to look into the real world for what is working now. I didnt make BTC up or even think of it. Someone else did. It is a solution but I am not so entrenched in my position to understand there is probably even better solutions out there. I am willing to listen to anyone that has real world Ideas that would lift up mankind not condemn it to the past.
We all see the problems in the world. Very few have brought up real ideas and possible solutions because of people like you that will just attack.
Your not helping me figure out anything. Your not helping anyone figure out anything. Your not figuring out anything…Might want to change your tact and start looking for solutions instead of just constantly pointing out problems.

                • Eric

It’s too bad about bitcoin. It was good idea but you can’t create something out of nothing and expect trust to come soaring into it.

Silver miners are going nuts today. Picked up a lot more First Majestic Silver and doubled down on a few others. I hate buying breakouts and cost averaging up but it looks like this has room to run.

If you want to hack at the root of the problem then stay out of digital systems as much as you can and stick with real tangible wealth. Not digital blips that can be controlled. That’s why I am 98% physical. Unfortunately we still live in a digital age so I have to find the solutions that work for me and try to bring as many people along as I can. Which I have.

You don’t think it’s just a little strange that the first 6 million bitcoins were created in a nanosecond much like the number of jews that were supposedly gassed but weren’t really? What is so special about this number? Why didn’t they initially create 7 million bitcoins?

Taking Physical Silver away from bankers is hacking at the root of the problem. Not playing around in the new digital system they created to deceive you.

Lsinclairegendary Gold Trader Jim Sinclair Doesn’t Mix Words…

    From Rory Hall:

I have argued that bitcoin, along with all the other cryptocurrencies, plays into the hands of the banking cabal. Virtual currencies, online only currencies or cryptocurrencies, in my opinion, have built in flaws that make them extremely risky, on a good day, and a tool of enslavement on their worst day. We recently learned there is a cryptocurrency that is available now and was designed specifically for central banks – the Utility Settlement Coin

It is no secret the banking cabal would like nothing more than to remove every piece of physical currency from the planet and replace the illusion of money (paper fiat currency) with a mirage of currency (plastic card or online currency). Why would I want to assist them in achieving this goal? As we recently reported the number of people using physical cash, globally, is already dropping at an alarming rate, which begs the question – why encourage these criminals to move it to the next level?

I have found that Jim Sinclair doesn’t really mix words. He tells you what he thinks, like it or not, about a given situation. On the subject of bitcoin he doesn’t really hold back and explains to, what I presume is one of his readers, exactly how he feels about bitcoin. I dare say Jim’s feelings are not restricted to bitcoin but to virtual currencies of every stripe.

Below are Mr. Sinclair’s comment to the reader

    Dear G,

Bitcoin is a virtual game that is being made look better than gold or silver, to sell the concept of a world wide virtual currency.

It should change its name to “Nintendo Virtual Foolishness,” as it’s purpose is to win the hearts and minds of a public.

After that to construct a “Dollar Index Bit Coin” backed by tickets to Mars from Space Inc. with a picture of Elon Musk.

There is no computer game that can not be hacked, and there never will be.

    Regards,

    Jim

TRUST….bit coin or GOLD and SILVER in YOUR sweaty palms…the choice is very much YOURS…..chose wisely…..hint do not watch how high the ‘value’ of either can go……2nd hint…..age of ‘value item’….IS telling…..have a ‘precious ‘ day….imho

    • Eric

Sorry d but this really annoys me…

“hint do not watch how high the ‘value’ of either can go…”

I believe you mean price, not value. ‘VALUE’ and ‘PRICE’ do not mean the same thing.

The Gold coin in my sweaty palm hasn’t changed since yesterday. It won’t change tomorrow. And it will still be the same 50 years from now. The value of it will not change. The perceived value and price of it will.
