Ron Paul Warns – Americans Are Going to be Disappointed by Election Outcome

by Dr. Ron Paul, Market Oracle:

It is a sad commentary on the state of political life in the United States that our political conventions have become more like rock music festivals than competitions of ideas. There has been a great deal of bombast, of insults, of name-calling, and of chest-beating at both party conventions, but what is disturbingly absent is any mention of how we got to this crisis and how we can get out. From the current foreign policy mess to the looming economic collapse, all we hear is both party candidates saying they will fix it, no problem.

In her convention speech Hillary Clinton promised that she would “fight terrorism” and defeat ISIS by doing more of what we have been doing all along: bombing. In fact we have dropped more than 50,000 bombs on ISIS in Iraq and Syria over the past two years and all she can say is that she will drop more. How many more bombs will defeat ISIS? How many more years will she keep us in our longest war, Afghanistan? She doesn’t say.

In fact, the New York Times – certainly not hostile to the Clintons – wrote that it was almost impossible to fact-check Hillary’s speech because, “she delivered a speech that was remarkably without hard facts.”

Clinton’s top foreign policy advisor said just a day after her convention speech that her big plan for Syria was to go back to square one and concentrate on overthrowing its secular president. How many more thousands more will die if she gets her way? And won’t she eventually be forced to launch a massive US ground invasion that will also kill more Americans?

Clinton does not understand that a policy of endless interventionism has brought us to our knees and made us far weaker. Does she really expect us to be the policemen of the world with $20 trillion in debt?

Likewise, Republican candidate Donald Trump misses the point. He promises to bring back jobs to America without any understanding of the policies that led to their departure in the first place. Yes, he is correct that the middle class is in worse shape than when Obama took office, but not once did he mention how it happened: the destructive policies of the Federal Reserve. The financing of our warfare/welfare state through the printing of phony money. Distorted interest rates that encourage consumption and discourage saving and investment.

Trump tweeted this week that home ownership is at its lowest rate in 51 years. He promised that if elected he will bring back “the American dream.” He seems to have no idea that home ownership is so low because the Fed-created housing bubble exploded in 2007-2008, forcing millions of Americans who did not have the means to actually purchase a home to lose their homes. Not a word about the Fed from Trump.

How are these candidates going to fix the problems we face in America if they have absolutely no idea what caused the problems? No matter who is elected, Americans are going to be very disappointed in the outcome. The warfare/welfare state is going to proceed until we are bankrupt. There is hope, however. It is up to us to focus on the issues, to focus on educating ourselves and others, and to demand that politicians listen.

Yes, Trump would benefit greatly by attending a class or two at the Mises Institute. Whether he would or could apply what he learned would be another question.

Trump is just one more in a lonnnng line of meat puppets! It matters not one iota what he knows, or people may think he may do once in office. If he doesn’t toe the line that the banksters draw on the ground, and do it immediately, without question, he and his family will be gone, Gone, GONE!! This is the product of political systems no matter where you may care to look! The banksters control every step that the pols may take, just like any toy puppet on a set of strings.
The ONLY solution to it is to educate as many people as possible how far and wide the corruption goes, and get them to swear off to never, ever go near politics again!

I still say there will be no election.

For those who insist upon playing the voting game, Trump appears to be the lesser of the two evils. Clinton clearly has the big Wall Street donors, Establishment neocon support, MSM cover, and the trendy Hollywood mannequins behind her. All the same, I see a disturbing similarity in the way that many Trump supporters are currently behaving and the manner in which many Obama supporters behaved prior to the 2008 (and to a lesser degree, the 2012) elections. It amounts to a naive form of messiah worship. This is never a good thing and points to the reality that the US electorate still has a long way to go before it hits rock bottom in the trust department. Only when blind trust in an elite class is completely abandoned will there be any glimmer of hope in so far as meaningful change. In the meantime, slave on.

Please get this information out to your networks and please send an e-mail to your state attorney general.
I sent the following e-mail to Attorney General Ken Paxton citing this information at

    Dear Attorney General Paxton,

I am writing to ask you to see if you can get the “e-voting” machines in Texas switched out in favor of the old punchcard voting booths that we had before that.

We have more than enough proof that the black-box e-voting machines are easily programmed to weight some votes in order to steal elections… they use a vote-counting system called GEMS which can count votes for certain candidates multiple times, or votes for other candidates as a fraction… thereby stealing that vote.

For example, over the past several national elections, a number of districts that had small numbers of registered voters turned up with thousands more voters which turned the election toward what became the winner, and some districts reported “the winner” as having received 100-108% of the votes… which are statistical impossibilities.

I am convinced that since the company that makes these machines is in Hillary Clinton’s pocket, it is important to use the time we have left to get rid of the e-voting machines, or at least have a team of experts heavily reprogram them and protect them so they cannot be hacked.

I offer the following information for your perusal:
and which researched and publishes what is really going on with these machines.

I remind you that voter fraud is a felony. It is time to prosecute.

The last thing this country needs is the embarrassment of yet another Clinton in the White House. 8 years of that crap in the 1990s was MORE than plenty!

… not to mention the trail of dead bodies… the trail of dead companies that used to employ people… the large population of unemployed… treason and felonies.
And here Hillary sold several of the biggest American uranium mines to Russia… would have been treason in earlier times to give away such resources.

Of course… the Obamas are incredibly embarrassing. A foreign gay muslim and his tranny “wife” and their two kids adopted as window dressing. Obama’s election wouldn’t have ever happened if the population of American understood that set of facts alone.
