A Shocking Story of How a Chicago Cop Killed a Teen — Then Locked Up His Best Friend for the Murder

from Democracy Now:

In 2012, 19-year-old Tevin Louis and his best friend Marquise Sampson allegedly robbed a restaurant. After reportedly making off with about $1,200, the two ran in different directions. Sampson crossed paths with an officer, who gave chase and ultimately opened fire, killing the teenager.

I didnt know about Felony Murder rule until I watched this vid. It seems like good common sense to me and inline with natural law and libertarian ideals.

By committing a felony you set into motion actions that result in someones murder you are guilty of Murder.
Of course the circumstances of that murder would need to be reviewed to see if it was a justified killing. If not justified then both the Police and the person that set into motion the actions of the police need to be charged with Murder.

This is just another attack on common sense law. People just do not want to take responsibilty for their actions. I knew I hated democracy Now even though once in a blue moon they have a show on something that actually makes good sense.
