The Phaserl

from The Daily Sheeple:

Last May, retired police officer Martin Stites was arrested on charges of molesting a 3-year-old girl, who he was babysitting on the behalf of the girl’s mother. A forensic analysis of the girl showed that she had been molested, and there was evidence that her clothes had been burned afterward. During a preliminary hearing, all charges against him were dropped due to a lack of evidence, but the judge decided to bring up a new charge of lewd molestation, which will be brought to court in the near future.

At first glance none of that sounds controversial, until you hear what happened to father of the girl (who hasn’t been identified) during the trial. When the now 4-year-old girl took the stand, she was asked to identify who molested her.

She mumbled something that the court interpreted as “I don’t know” but her father stood up and claimed that she said “I don’t want to look at him” in an attempt to correct the court. The father was asked to leave the courtroom, over fears that the girl would answer her questions to seek her family’s approval.

On his way out the father used foul language, so Judge Mathew Sheets had him arrested for contempt of court, and later sentenced him to 6 months in jail. After he cussed the judge out again, Sheets gave him another 6 month sentence.

And here’s one more reason to expose the scam of the legal system, show people the holes in the legal system, and explain to people how the legal system equals gambling, and of course tell people how to pull the teeth out of the mouth of the legal system.
The feeder mechanism (various policing agencies) need to be exposed as well since they are NOTHING but murderous gangsters and road pirates hiding behind guns and badges.

    This judge…

Seems like most judges have an agenda. They are not good judges.

therein lies the whole stinking rotting corpse of a system.

until folks become enraged it will continue…greymail, blackmail, unspeakable perversion!

The main problem with the US legal system, IMO, is that people go to court expecting to find justice. Sometimes that happens. Most of the time, it doesn’t. What they find is law… and often badly written law at that. This causes them to be severely disappointed and disenchanted with the law and the “justice” system.

What they find is Admiralty Law….whereby the judge is chief agent for the profiteers. The lawyers on both sides are junior agents, placed within the system to give the illusion that the law is a functioning entity working for the people, when in reality, it’s a system set up by grifters to slice pieces of pie from the soylents that cannot figure out the corporate nature of their strawman.

If you go to court, you are sanctioning these grifters and profiteers by representing your corporate fiction (strawman)
