from Western Journalism:
A Hispanic woman offered Donald Trump the type of unqualified, enthusiastic endorsement on Thursday in Las Vegas that candidates can only dream of.
While addressing a capacity crowd of 1,500 at the Cirque du Soleil’s Mystere Theater at Treasure Island, Trump began to joke about being on more magazine covers “than any supermodel in history.”
He offered People magazine as a recent example. “I didn’t love the picture,” he said. “They did something with my nose. They played around [with it.]…But Milania looked good, Barron [his son] look good. I look like hell. I have a feeling they might have picked the picture.”
At that point, a woman from the audience flashed a copy of the magazine that she had in hand, and the candidate asked her to join him on the stage. That is when the unbridled enthusiasm began.
As Myriam Witcher came to the stage, he asked her, “Where are you from?”
