    Poverty does not affect the brain. Malnutrition does. And except for the areas of the world where people really starve, many very poor countries still eat much better than many Americans do. Go to any village in Guinea, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Republic of Central Africa or Congo and people have a little garden, a few goats and chickens and plenty of naturally growing trees such as mango trees, baobabs, coconut trees, orange and lemon trees, peanuts, etc. If is when they start flocking toward the big cities that everything changes. It’s not the quantity of food that really counts. it’s the quality.

    Same in Malaysia, Myanmar or Indonesia. Unfortunately, Bill Gates, Buffett, the Clintons and Monsanto are taking care of that…
