The Price of Terrorism

It seems the price of just about everything these days is up. Save for gas prices, I can’t think of another thing is less expensive today than it was a few years ago.

Small wonder there are almost 93,000,000 unemployed or underemployed people in the United States. But it’s not just here. People are hurting everywhere, even in the Middle East where it’s near impossible for a young man to find work. And of course, this leads to boredom and mischief and frankly not knowing where your next meal is going to come from.

For American youths, there are afterschool programs, sports, and clubs kids can join to keep them busy. Yet, for the male youth in say… the Gaza Strip, there are no extracurricular activities.

    There are not really 93,000,000 unemployed. Half of these include high school and college students (most have part-time jobs), retired persons and people like housewives. There are just as many lies about how bad the economy is as there are about how good it is.
