Fascism in Ferguson: Reporters Arrested

by Dylan Byers and Hadas Gold, Politico:

Reporters from The Washington Post and the Huffington Post were arrested in Ferguson, Mo., on Wednesday night while covering the protests that have rocked the St. Louis suburb.

Wesley Lowery, a Washington Post political reporter, and Ryan Reilly, a Huffington Post justice reporter, were arrested in a McDonalds shortly before 8 p.m. ET. Police entered the restaurant and told patrons there to leave, the reporters wrote on Twitter after their release. The police then asked Lowery and Reilly for their identification and, according to the reporters, arrested them because they weren’t packing their bags fast enough.

Lowery also said the police officers “assaulted” him. “Officers slammed me into a fountain soda machine because I was confused about which door they were asking me to walk out of,” he wrote on Twitter. Lowery also said that he and Reilly were released without paperwork or charges, and that the officers refused to provide the reporters with their names.

Assault them, kidnap them, and unlawfully detain them. Of course they don’t want to give you their names, they are responsible for criminal actions taken using color of law.

I hope a Magistrate dressed them down, reminding them that their next job might just be in the fast food industry if they don’t pull their head out of their ass.

Those two men should have been taken directly to a Magistrate… that they weren’t tells me that these jack booted thugs, shouldn’t be in uniform.

Reporter or not… your an American! Sit down soon as you can and write out a Affidavit of Facts while it’s all fresh in your mind, and before for you get pissed thinking about it!

Just the facts kid’s, get any and all evidence via Freedom of Information Request, and the Store Camera’s are a given!

Hit them in the head with the club that says “YOU CAN’T DO THIS SHIT!!”.

I don’t know anything about these two reporters, but I’m sorry to say it: Karma is a bitch, and all of you mockingbird media reporters are gonna get yours when it comes. At that point you’ll realize what you’ve been neglecting, and even mocking, but by then it will be too late. Shoulda been on the saddle earlier to wake up this God forsaken country.

Arming the civilian police force with military grade weaponry is contrary to a Republic and is obviously designed directly against every facet of what was once a free nation ruled by the law of the land, the US Constitution…what was it that ObomBa promised during pre-election “yes, we can” stumps… If I recall, wasn’t it something like “just as strong” “just as well armed” etc etc???

Guess what? The same dolts that voted for those ambiguous lines of crap are now receiving it in spades 8-/
