Your CRIMINAL IRS: Lois Lerner’s Hard Drive Was Destroyed, Darrell Issa Fuming

from ZeroHedge:

Following Darrell Issa’s subpoena of Lois Lerner’s hard drive, the rather stunning (and ripped from the pages of a badly written inside-Washington TV mini-series) news is that the IRS reports that the hard drive in question has been destroyed (just as we hinted last night). “We’ve been informed that the hard drive has been thrown away,” Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah, the top Republican on the Finance Committee, said in a brief hallway interview and as Politico reports, Ex-IRS official Lois Lerner’s crashed hard drive has been recycled, making it likely the lost emails of the lightening rod in the tea party targeting controversy will never be found, according to multiple sources. Issa is pissed… blasting in a statement that the ‘lost emails’ meme was “just one more attempted deception… e-mails of a prominent official, don’t just disappear without a trace unless that was the intention.” His response… requesting the White House attorney’s testimony on Lerner’s emails.

Man this type of thing really makes me sick to my stomach. The IRS would be happy to Crucify any individual tax payer if they tried to say their HDD crashed with all their tax records. Those emails exist and they just need to subpena the emails of those they suspect she emailed. If those are missing as well then there would be a good RICO case. Another thing is the illegal tax of healthcare. Millions of Americans will now be forced to deal with the IRS. Millions of Americans who have never dealt with the IRS are going to be in for a very rude awakening. Well the good I do see coming out of all of this is Millions more Americans will be woken up to the real system that was once just running in the background to them. Everyone will be forced to see the forest for the trees. A perfect example of unintended consequences.

Can’t they just call up the NSA and have them deliver the whole lot.
I mean, the NSA is in place to catch criminals or assist law-enforcement to do the same.
The NSA could really redeem themselves in the eyes of all “law-abiding” citizens if they could show how “in-valuable” their “service” really is.
Probably just waiting for the big o to clear the paper work and send in the drones.

    What a crock of shiet.

I have real news for anybody who gives a damn. The email goes to the network server before it ever reaches her crashed and destroyed local hard drive. All email is stored on and backed up on that server. It is saved by the email server admin (I believe under the law for 2 years or longer.)

That’s where those who are clueless(?) can look!
