It’s getting harder and harder to keep up with the laundry list of privacy violations being committed by the NSA.
We know they’re collecting metadata, and then using that data to kill people. We know that they’re hacking into emails and tapping the phones of foreign leaders. And we know they’re recording every phone call to and from the Bahamas.
So what else are they doing?
Well, the latest is that they’re intercepting pictures sent over email, text and social media, and building a facial recognition database. As with other NSA data collection practices, this one also appears to be indiscriminate.
