I love the Constitution, but I hate the way the Supreme Court interprets it.
Sorry, but I don’t believe corporations are people. If they were, G.M. would be in jail for murder, and JPMorgan for grand larceny.
Nor do I believe that these companies, or any wealthy donor for that matter, ought to be able to distort the democratic process with limitless amounts of money.
And I definitely don’t believe it’s constitutional for government agencies to spy on, detain, or even kill Americans without proof or demonstrable cause.
